How to Curl Synthetic Hair

We like to be able to cater to all needs at our hair factory. Whilst the vast majority of people opt for human hair when it comes to their hair replacement systems there are those who prefer synthetic hair. Synthetic hair may have its advantages for some but there are a couple of things that people need to be aware of.

First of all, wholesale synthetic hair wigs are very hard to take care of. Secondly, you need to be careful about how you dry your hair. If you use a hairdryer to blow-dry curly, synthetic hair wigs, for example, you will end up straightening the hair. The hair will actually end up not just straight but unnaturally straight. However, if this happens to you, then don’t need to worry because there is a way to correct this. In this blog, we will explain how you can very easily get the curls back. https://www.youtube.com/embed/ESkSM7go1p8?rel=0

Here’s what you need to do to curl synthetic hair.

  • Take some curling irons (the exact kind will depend on the curl you’re trying to create)
  • Heat them to around 80°C
  • Curl the hair around the iron and wait two or three seconds
  • Gently remove the iron from the hair but hold the hair with your fingers until the hair has fully cooled down

(If you pull on the hair before it has fully cooled down, the hair will become straight again)

That’s it! Your synthetic hair will then be back to being curly again!
