As we mentioned, hot fusion hair extensions are known as keratin-bond or pre-bonded hair extensions. They have tiny, glue-like keratin tips at the end of the hair strand. 

You need to melt the keratin tip with a heating element, and in the process of cooling down, you twist or clip it with the wearer’s natural hair to make a bond. 

But to attach the hot fusion hair extensions the cold way, we simply don’t need to melt the keratin tip. Instead, we clip tiny cylinders flat to connect the hair extension with the natural hair, the same as how we do cold fusion hair extensions.
