This mono base toupee is one of our recent custom-made orders. It was made exactly to requirements of the customer. As a professional hair system exporter in China, New Times Hair can make any product according to the customer’s needs.

The base design of this product is fine welded mono all over with 1 1/2” double layer fine welded mono all around and a scallop front.

Fine welded mono is transparent, strong and with bigger holes. It can create an invisible, strong and breathable base.

There is a double layer of fine welded mono all around which can strengthen the area where tape or glue is stuck to. Furthermore, a double layer of fine welded mono is softer and more undetectable than PU.

Since this is a custom-made order, all details like the base size, shape, color, density etc. can be specified by the customer. You can just use this design and then tailor it to the exact demands of your clients.
