The base design of this product is fine mono in the middle, 1” NPU all around the perimeter, underhair on the front edge with a NPU step on the back.

Fine mono is one of the most durable base materials and NPU is also a very durable base material. Both of them created an extra strong base. There is a also a step on the back and if the name of the lab is on the step, it will not come off easily through daily use and care.

NPU is strong but it is also thicker so it is not that invisible. On the front we made underhair. This gives good coverage for the front edge meaning the edge is not easy to see through the hair.

Since this is a custom-made order, all details like the base size, shape, color, density etc. can be specified by the customer. You can just use this design and then tailor it to the exact demands of your clients.
