Start to Order Wholesale Hair Clip System
This hair clip system is one of our recent custom-made orders. It was made exactly to the requirements of the customer. As a professional China hair toupee manufacturer, New Times Hair can make any product according to the customer’s needs.
The base design of this product is fine welded mono with a thin layer of poly covering back and sides and 1/8” folded lace next to the poly on the back and sides with clips around.
Fine welded mono is transparent, durable, and breathable. It can create a natural, strong, and airy base. The poly covering on the back and sides strengthens the edges on the back and sides and gives good support for the clips’ sewing.
The 1/8” folded lace on the edges of the back and sides offers good coverage and means it is difficult for the edge to be visible through the hair.
We also did good bleaching for the front half of this hairpiece. It made a natural and realistic front hairline.
